Music veterans Gil Moore (drums/vocals),Mike Levine (bass/keyboards) and Rik Emmett (guitar/vocals) will accept the honor Saturday, March 10, 2007 during the Canadian Radio Music Awards at Toronto's Fairmont Royal York Hotel.

The journey for TRIUMPH began in Toronto Ontario in the summer of 1975, with their self-titled Attic Records debut "Triumph". After gaining popularity in Canada and a gold record, TRIUMPH released the double-platinum album "Rock 'N' Roll Machine" (1977).

In 1978, Warren Schatz of RCA Records signed TRIUMPH and released a compilation of their first two albums, re-issuing the "Rock 'N' Roll Machine" title.

With the release of "Progressions of Power" (1980) and "Allied Forces" (1981) TRIUMPH became a household name.

"Never Surrender" (1983),"Thunder Seven" (1984),"Stages" (1985),"The Sport of Kings" (1986),"Surveillance" (1987) and "Classics" (1989) followed. Together, these albums produced singles such as "Follow Your Heart" and "Just One Night".

Today, TRIUMPH continues its success with new ventures. Moore is the owner of Metalworks Studios, ranked as one of North America's top studio facilities. Emmett has established a significant solo career and continues to perform across North America. Levine chose to pursue a number of Internet-based business interests related to the entertainment field.
